Ernie Barrueta
Founder & CEO, QuoCentric LLC
Ernie founded QuoCentric in 2022 around one idea: experts and operators should build their businesses on ground they control — their own hub, their own audience relationship, their own content and data — instead of renting space where the terms can change without notice.
QuoCentric Prime is where that gets built. Ernie leads the implementation side of the business, working with a distributed team across strategy, design, production, and client delivery to design, build, and launch client hubs and the systems behind them. He stays personally involved in scoping and standards on every engagement — how the build is structured, how the offer is presented, and how claims and client-facing language are written.
That discipline comes from two decades running operations in industries where documentation and process weren't optional. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Electryone Global across energy systems, logistics, and supply chain, and as COO and General Manager of Danke Solar, running strategy execution across procurement, engineering, and fulfillment. Earlier, he built and operated in commercial and residential real estate across Arizona and Texas and in commercial insurance.
Ernie holds a BS in Finance and Real Estate from Arizona State University and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The discovery call is where scope, migration and fit get decided, so it is the first and most important human contact in the whole engagement. Here is what that call actually is.
A diagnostic conversation, not a pitch
We go through what you have now, what you are trying to build, and whether a done-for-you build is even the right answer. If it is not, you will be told so on the call and pointed at the DIY path instead.
One scheduled call, at a time you pick
You choose the slot, you get a calendar invite, and you can reschedule or cancel from the link in it. No chasing, and no sequence of qualifying calls before you speak to anyone who can answer a real question.
Scoping and the build decision sit with the founder
What gets built, what migration is realistic, and what it will take are decided by the person responsible for the build — not passed down a chain. What you agree on the call is what is recorded in the Order Form.
How We Work
Four things that stay true on every engagement
We build it, and we run it
Builds are done for you on managed cloud infrastructure that we set up, host and maintain. You are not standing up servers or patching anything — and you are not handed a half-finished site to figure out.
One build, then an annual Care Plan
A one-time implementation, then a Care Plan that covers the hosting, maintenance, monitoring and keeping your legal suite current. What the Care Plan does and does not cover is set out plainly rather than buried.
We route people honestly
If a build is not the right answer for where you are, we say so on the call and point you at the DIY path instead. A wrong-fit engagement is worse for us than no engagement.
Compliance is included, not upsold
Every build ships with a complete legal suite. We make no income or earnings claims and we do not guarantee outcomes — not as a disclaimer at the bottom of a page, but as how the work is scoped and described.

Build scope, timelines and deliverables are defined per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins. Recurring infrastructure and care costs are disclosed during scoping and billed through the annual Care Plan.
