It depends entirely on scope — a focused launch build and a full platform with a custom backend are different projects. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we scope your build on the call, and you'll know what's happening at each stage rather than wondering.

Migration is assessed and agreed during scoping, before work begins, and recorded in the Order Form — so the answer is the same at every tier. What can move depends on both systems: whether your current platform permits an export, and whether the destination supports ingesting it in a usable form, with fields, tags, relationships and history intact. Where either side does not support something, we say so during scoping and agree an alternative — rebuild, a reduced import, or running the old system in parallel for a defined period where feasible. Layouts, funnels and site structure are generally rebuilt on the new foundation rather than ported.
