Book a Call
A focused conversation about your business, your goals, and what to build.
How It Works
The four stages of a build, and then the practical part most sites leave out — how long it takes, how much of your time it needs, and what happens to everything you already have.
How It Works
A focused conversation about your business, your goals, and what to build.
We map deliverables, architecture, and timeline — no guesswork, no surprises.
Done-with-you or done-for-you, on the Estage Genesis platform — flagship-grade throughout.
You go live, fully owning the result — and you can run it yourself from day one.
Before You Commit
The four stages above are the shape. This is the practical detail — your time, your data, and what changes hands. Where the honest answer is “it depends on scope,” we say so rather than leave the question hanging.
It depends on scope, and anyone who gives you a number before knowing the scope is guessing. The shape is consistent: Genesis Launch is the shortest, Business Hub Build takes longer because more is being built, and Operator Platform runs longest because a custom backend sets the pace. You get a realistic timeline on your call, once we know what we are building. In practice, the thing that moves a timeline most is rarely our build speed — it is how quickly content, brand assets, and decisions come back to us.
Most of it lands early, not throughout. Expect the scoping call, one handover of brand assets and content, and review points where we need a decision from you. Business Hub Build adds working sessions during the build, deliberately — that is what makes it collaborative rather than a template you receive. Operator Platform asks for more of you up front while we map your workflows, then less once building starts. If you are the bottleneck on content, we will tell you early rather than let it quietly stretch the schedule.
Nothing is switched off until the replacement works. We build alongside what you have now, on our infrastructure, while your existing setup keeps running. The cutover is a planned, scheduled step — usually pointing your domain at the new hub — agreed with you rather than sprung on you. If you have live traffic, an active list, or paying members, say so on the call: it changes the order we do things in, not whether it is possible.
Migration is assessed and agreed during scoping, before work begins, and recorded in the Order Form. Nothing is discovered mid-build. What can move depends on both systems: whether your current platform permits an export, and whether the destination platform supports ingesting it in a usable form — with fields, tags, relationships and history intact. Where either side does not support something, we say so during scoping and agree an alternative: rebuild, a reduced import, or running the old system in parallel for a defined period where that is feasible. Page layouts, funnels and site structure are generally rebuilt on the new foundation rather than ported — usually faster and better than migrating legacy structure. No specific data, member record, purchase history, course progress or integration is represented as migrating until it has been assessed for your systems. If you have a large member base, purchase history you rely on, or an integration you depend on, raise it on the call.
Less than most people expect, but it is not nothing. Typically: your brand assets (logo, colours, any imagery you own the rights to), access to your domain or its DNS, the content you want carried over or written, read access to any existing platform we are migrating from, and one person empowered to make decisions. If your content is not written yet, that is a normal starting point — tell us on the call, because it changes the sequence.
The build, the infrastructure, the structure, and the legal foundation are ours. The decisions about your business — your positioning, your offer, what you want this to become — are yours, and cannot be outsourced to us or to anyone. Everything in between is collaborative by design: we bring the recommendation, you make the call. After launch, day-to-day edits are yours through Live Controls, and the hosting, maintenance, and updates stay with us through your Care Plan.
Everything above describes typical engagements, not a guarantee. Scope, timelines, and exactly what is migrated are defined per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Ask about your migration on a callBring it to the call. Especially the migration one — it is the thing most people forget to ask until it matters.
